Clients are entitled to know up front what the DUI attorney cost will be. We always discuss DUI lawyer fees openly with our clients at the first phone call.
In a typical case, we charge FLAT FEES in two stages: pretrial and then trial based on the number and seriousness of the charges and the court involved.
That way, you know your full cost UP FRONT.

- Negotiation With DA's Office
- Full Judge Or Jury Trial
- Argument Before Judge For Leniency
