4. WHAT'S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN AN OUI, A DUI, AND A DWI?

These are all essentially the same charge, but the terms vary depending on the state. In MA, the charge is operating under the influence so OUI is used. In other states it’s driving under the influence, hence DUI is used. In others, it's driving while intoxicated, hence DWI is used. They are all interchangeable.
