3-YEAR RMV REFUSAL SUSPENSION
REVERSED BY JUDGE
2nd offender refused the breathalyzer and RMV suspended him for 3 years. His 1st lawyer said there was "nothing could be done about it." He hired us, we appealed to a judge in court who overturned his 3 year suspension so he could drive legally for the full year while his case was pending.

PALMER;
OBTAINING HOSPITAL RECORDS
CONVINCES DA TO DROP OUI

Alicia struck a guardrail and was taken to Baystate Wing Hospital. The local police charged her with drunk driving as well. We immediately submitted the required paperwork to obtain her hospital records. We then contacted the DA and argued there was insufficent evidence in those records to sustain an OUI charge. He agreed and dropped a criminal charge that in Massachusetts, unlike other states, follows you for the rest of your life. Alicia: ‭(413) 813-7698

2ND OFFENSE REDUCED TO FIRST
ALL FOUR OTHER CHARGES DISMISSED

If you are ever in need of a great DUI attorney, Joseph Waldbaum is the one you want. He backs up his clients 100%. He did everything possible for me. In addition to reducing the second offense charge to first offense only, he got the reckless operation, speeding, failure to stop and lanes violations all dismissed. I was very pleased with his office's representation and couldn't be happier how it all worked out.

'HE IS DEDICATED TO THE PEOPLE HE REPESENTS'

I had OUIs dating back to the 70s. In this one, I flipped my truck and the 18 pack ended up sitting on the roof with an empty can and the odor of alcohol on me. I could have lost my license for 8 years and gone to jail for 150 days. Instead, Joe got me a 45 day loss of license and the interlock. I would definitely call him. Even the DA was impressed with his knowledge and preparedness. He always encouraged me when I felt like the world was on my shoulders. The man is dedicated to his work and the people he represents. --Norman H.
