MANDATORY JAIL AVOIDED

I had been stopped by a state trooper who saw I had been suspended by the RMV for an out of state OUI. Joe recommended I seek a Clerk's Hearing and presented both letters from the RMV and a copy of the statute showing the mandatory jail provision did not apply to me. The Clerk  Magistrate dismissed the case and it never went into court. I can't recommend him highly enough.

NOT JUST ONCE BUT TWICE"

My first arrest I blew an incredibly over limit  .32- four times the legal limit!  He arranged to have the case heard on the day before Christmas assuring me it was the best day of the year to get a good deal. He was absolutely right: I got just a slap on the wrist. Then when I got my 2nd offense during the probation period for my first one, he told me exactly what I needed to do to avoid jail time.

He was absolutely right both times. One incredible DUI Attorney.

3 YEAR REFUSAL SUSPENSION OVERTURNED
Sarah was arrested for her 2nd offense and refused to take the breath test when she reached the police station. We guided her through the complex process of fighting it at the RMV, then appealed their denial to a judge who reinstated her license. She has been driving legally for almost two years as the case worked its way towards trial.

After a bad motorcycle accident, my blood alcohol reading was twice the legal limit. Joe reviewed my case and told me the blood test and hospital records would not come in against me at trial. He was absolutely right. After he skillfully cross-examined the cop. The judge found me not guilty and ordered my license restored.

NOT GUILTY AFTER FAILING 4 SOBRIETY TESTS
An international oil trader had been speeding 88 mph in a 45 mph zone and failed four roadside field sobriety tests. At trial, I argued that performing these tests perfectly by the side of the road in dress shoes at 4 AM is impossibly difficult. Result: we obtained a not guilty.
 
BOARD OF APPEALS, CONCORD COURT
8 YEAR REFUSAL SUSPENSION REDUCED TO 45 DAYS

Client had received an eight year license suspension of his driving license from the Registry of Motor Vehicles based on their 1978 records showing him to have faced a 3rd offense. I researched the old charge and discovered Probation records which showed his guilty finding was revoked later that year but never reported to the RMV. I presented these in a Memorandum with Exhibits to the three member Board and argued for the immediate restoration of his full privilege license.

The Board agreed and restored his license the same day.

I cannot recommend attorneys Waldbaum and Dunn more highly! They were amazing and made me feel like they truly cared aobut me and my case from day one.  Just knowing I had them on my side made me feel better and saved me alot of worry. My case had a lot of incriminiating evidence and I risked losing my freedom, my license, career and marriage. Not only did I receive the best possible outcome but I was told by the court magistrate it was due to the work of my amazing attorneys. I am incredibly grateful for everything they did.

.31 BREATH TEST [4 TIMES LIMIT!] GETS JUST ‘SLAP ON THE WRIST’

Charged with OUI, Open Container [min. $500 fine] and Negligent Operation [a criminal charge], I stood to lose my security clearance and job of 17 years if found guilty. Joe got me the absolute bare minimum license loss plus no fines on the other charges- saving me $600.
Despite being 4 times legal limit I got a work license just 3 days later!
